We wish to bring people together, to allow diverse artists to find common ground and interests. This is an environment where dancers of all bellydance styles can work together in classes, learn together and learn from each other. The instructors, who come from a variety of bellydance genres and backgrounds of experience, will be offering workshops that will have something for everyone; not just focused on genre-specific bellydance technique, but more on universals that everyone can feel a part of, and that you can apply to your own work.

2013 AD RATES

      Over the first two years of the Theatrical Bellydance Conference, we had 150 workshop attendees from all over the world, including 35 teachers and their companies. In addition, our performances drew about 300 dance enthusiasts each year from the New York region. All of them received a copy of our program. Here is your chance to put your name in front of these committed dance professionals and students.
  • We are offering a free square ad banner for any purchase over $50 for advance booking of the program ads before April 15, 2013 (the banner will be online for three months, April 25 to July 25).
  • In addition, we were planning to charge more for full-color ads but decided to give our valued advertisers full color for no extra cost!
  • THE DEADLINE for sending the ads will be April 25, 2013 May 1, 2013.

 

PROGRAM (distributed at the conference):

The program size is half A4 – A6.

  • Full page (vertical – 4.83″ x 7″, 1450 x 2100 pixels) – $150
  • Half page (horizontal – 4.83″ x 3.5″, 1450 x 1050 pixels) – $100
  • Quarter page (vertical – 2.41″ x 3.5″, 725 x 1050 pixels) – $75
  • Business card size (horizontal – 2.41″ x 1.75″, 725 x 525 pixels) – $50

As for bleed / safety zone – critical content should be kept at least 30 pixels from the edges of the above. Thus, a quarter page 725px x 1050px ad should have 30 pixels of padding on 4 sides and the (centered) critical content should be 665px x 990px or less.
